Germany 1999
Last year I won a trip to anywhere in Europe during a Virginia Opera benefit dinner. I decided to check out Germany again! Chris and I spent a week traveling around by train. We stopped in Berlin, Bonn, Hanover, and we flew in and out of Amsterdam.
Berlin Wall
Here is one piece of the Berlin Wall that is left after it was torn down in 1989. There are only a few pieces left near Hauptbahnhof and Reichstag.
  
 
This is Chris near the wall. In front of the wall is a history timeline which is going to be moved into a museum after it is built.

This is our tour of the interactive Munich Zoo. All the animals kind of wander around. Chris had a couple altercations with some the animals!
